Will the delivered bouquet match the photo?

The photo guides the palette, shape and overall mood. Because we work with seasonal flowers, individual varieties may change while the chosen style, size and value remain consistent.

Should I sign the card message?

We print the message exactly as you enter it. Add your name if you want the recipient to know who sent the flowers, or leave it unsigned for an anonymous surprise.

How are the flowers packaged?

The florist wraps and protects every bouquet for its journey, adding hydration when needed. On arrival, unwrap it, trim the stems and place it in a clean vase with fresh water.

Are the flowers fresh?

Yes. Local florists select fresh seasonal stems close to the delivery date. To enjoy them longer, trim the stems, refresh the water regularly and keep the bouquet away from heat.

When is my bouquet prepared?

Your bouquet is made by hand shortly before dispatch or delivery. We do not keep finished bouquets waiting on a shelf.

What should I do if there is a delivery problem?

Contact us with your order number and a short description. If the flowers arrived damaged, include a photo so our team can review the situation and help quickly.

How do I order flower delivery?

Choose a bouquet and size, add your card message and optional gifts, then enter the recipient's address, phone number and preferred delivery date at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We currently accept deliveries in Switzerland, Germany and Poland. Choose the destination country at the top of the shop to see local prices and delivery fees.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Yes. Select a future date during checkout. Our team reviews every order and will contact you if any delivery detail needs to be adjusted.

What if the recipient may be away?

Provide a reachable phone number and useful access notes. If possible, choose an address where someone can receive the bouquet on the selected date.

Can I order from another country?

Yes. You can order from anywhere and send flowers to an address in one of our delivery countries. Select the recipient's country before choosing the bouquet.

Can I add a gift or card message?

Yes. Add a personal message, a vase or chocolates from the bouquet window before placing the item in your cart.
